Deadlift all the Rage

deadliftdeadlift2Ok so want to do an exercise that increases strength and produces real world power then deadlifts are the go and all the rage at the moment, but also an exercise which cannot be rushed by rushed I mean trying to lift really heavy before you have developed 100% technique.

Start slowly and take your time developing good form and technique is not developed overnight. Ok its been a few months since I last did them as I rarely get a chance to pick the bar up with all my other training but did Lifts at 120kg, 130kg and 140kg. Have fun at training but make sure you are also focused, dedicated and prepared for what it is you have to do or lift.
