Overhead Squats

If you thought regular Squats was the mother of all exercise think again and try overhead squats and front squats to develop core and stability through your entire body including shoulder stability and strength. Overhead Squats are one of the biggest muscle recruiting exercises on the planet, and rating fairly high on the technicality scale. It also requires and helps build good balance and core strength through the whole body requiring lots of different muscle groups to work together through the  whole range of movement therefore helping to build great posture and a strong injury free back. Only preform this exercise with an experienced trainer in the correct environment.
